The ruling comes after Durov was taken into custody at Le Bourget airport close to Paris on Aug. 26 and subsequently transferred to a Paris courthouse. The courtroom’s resolution facilities round accusations that Durov did not reasonable felony content material on his encrypted messaging platform, Telegram.
