Mantle tokenholders backed a proposal authorizing a credit score facility of as much as 30,000 Ether (ETH), value about $68 million, for Aave DAO, advancing remediation tied to unhealthy debt from the April rsETH exploit.

The proposal, MIP-34, handed in a seven-day Snapshot vote that ended Friday, in response to DAO governance platform Snapshot. The measure authorizes the Mantle Basis to barter and execute definitive agreements with Aave DAO for a mortgage from the Mantle Treasury, although the power stays topic to Aave implementing its restoration plan and the events finalizing phrases.

The credit score facility is meant to assist deal with the influence of the rsETH incident on Aave V3.
