Industry leaders a16z, OpenSea pledge $6 million to shield NFT artists from legal threats

The Stand With Crypto Alliance, a Coinbase-backed non-profit group, is main efforts to determine the Creator Protection Fund initiative that has raised $6 million from enterprise capital agency Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and NFT market OpenSea.

In accordance with a Sept. 13 press launch, a16z contributed $1 million to the fund, whereas OpenSea pledged the remaining $5 million.

Creator Protection Fund
