The settlement, first unveiled in July 2025, aimed to take ether (ETH) treasury agency The Ether Machine public on Nasdaq below the ticker ETHM.
The corporate is designed to behave as an Ethereum treasury and yield automobile, producing returns by means of staking and decentralized finance methods whereas holding massive reserves of ether. It presently holds 496,712 ETH value greater than $1.1 billion, based on CoinGecko knowledge.
