The Hong Kong Financial Authority unveils the Anti-Rip-off Client Safety Constitution 3.0, enhancing collaboration amongst monetary, tech, and telecom sectors to fight fraud.

Strengthening Anti-Fraud Measures

Based on the HKMA, the brand new Constitution 3.0 builds upon the foundations laid by its predecessors, Charters 1.0 and a pair of.0, launched in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
